Midway City Community Center Parking Lot and Walkway Improvements
COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOT, RAMPS AND SIDEWALKS WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED
PROJECT SUMMARY
The Community Center parking lot will be closed during the duration of this work, as crews perform improvements to the parking lot and walkways.
WHAT
Crews will be performing the following at the Midway City Community Center:
- Removing and replacing asphalt concrete parking lot
- Removing and replacing concrete curb and gutter, entry/exit drive approach and access ramps
- Removing and replacing sidewalk along community center park lot and section of sidewalk along Washington Avenue
- Replacing a stormwater culvert drain
ATTENTION: COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOT, RAMPS AND SIDEWALKS WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED
- Portions of the sidewalk may be temporarily closed
- Access to some parking areas may be temporarily restricted or limited as the asphalt repair is being performed and new stripes are painted
- Please observe all safety signs, barriers and personnel when near the project area
Advanced notification will be provided 48 hours in advance via doorknob hanger cards and “No Parking” signs.
Your safety is the top priority! Large equipment will be used. Please observe all caution signs / barriers and stay a safe distance from the work area.
