OC Public Works will complete a rehabilitation project in the unincorporated Orange County area of Rossmoor. Construction begins upstream of the San Gabriel River at the 605 Freeway and continues 1,130-feet downstream of Montecito Road. Work will include repair of concrete cracks and removal and replacement of channel lining.
