PROJECT SUMMARY
OC Public Works will complete a channel maintenance project at the Fairview Channel in the City of Costa Mesa. The project begins at the Greenville Banning Channel confluence and continues east along the channel to Placentia Avenue.
WHAT
- Work includes overall repair of the earthen portion of the channel and repair to drains, riprap and the maintenance road.
- All work is within unincorporated County of Orange right-of-way and adjacent to the City of Costa Mesa.
PARTIAL LANE CLOSURES
- Placentia Ave. will remain open at all times during construction; however, partial lane closures may be required, including the bike lane.
- Area motorists and other road users may experience delays when traveling through the project area during working hours.
- Please follow guidance posted on construction signs and directions from flag personnel near the project area.
