Land Records 2.0
The County Surveyor maintains thousands of land and survey-related records within Orange County. Historically, these records have been accessed at the OC Survey public assistance counter in downtown Santa Ana.
With this Land Records system, the method for accessing public records has been drastically changed by using a powerful web-based public records retrieval and viewing system. Records and documents are scanned and linked to corresponding geographic locations within the County Landbase system. Then, the records can be easily located and retrieved using a standard Web browser from any personal computer connected to the Internet.
Documents are now available for download free of charge. We are also in the process of converting the documents to PDF format, but for documents that are downloaded as tif images, please continue to use a viewer that supports multi-page tif images.
Please use the ‘Feedback’ button to provide us with information on enhancements, we’ll do our best to make changes and additions.
The Land records application requires the Silverlight plugin, click here to download. Please use IE to view this application. Chrome no longer supports Silverlight.
Making Orange County a safe, healthy, and fulfilling place to live, work, and play, today and for generations to come, by providing outstanding, cost-effective regional public services.
