OC Inspection Contract Inspection

Resident Engineer is responsible for implementing contracts, reviewing and submitting progress payments and initiating Contract Change Order’s (CCO’s). Engineering problems/improvements will be evaluated by RE.

Inspectors monitor daily construction progress and quality of materials and workmanship. Safety is always the primary focus. Inspectors identify conflicts or change of conditions and report them to RE. Inspectors record daily activities and prepare work reports and estimates of completed work for monthly contractor progress payments.
