NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 5-24-17 BY THE ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
PROPOSAL: OC Development Services/Planning is recommending that the Orange County Planning Commission: 1) certify the adequacy of FEIR 624, prepared for the Lyon Subdivision Project; and 2) approve Planning Application PA150054 for an Area Plan to establish the master plan of development and grading and a Modification of the Specific Plan’s Statistical Table to transfer of ten (10) dwelling units allocations from Planning Area 2 to Planning Area 7.
The Lyon Subdivision project proposes the development of a 25 single-family home sites and associated infrastructure on the southerly 64 acres of the property. The existing residence and structures on the northerly portion of the property would remain.
LOCATION: The Project is located within Planning Area 7 of the Coto de Caza Specific Plan area, approximately 2 miles south of the west entry gate (from Antonio Parkway) at 24331 Coto de Caza Drive, within the Fifth (5th) Supervisorial District.
