BY THE ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
PROPOSAL – Public Hearing on Planning Application PA140048 for an extension to the period of validity for
previously approved PA060070 for an additional three years.
LOCATION: The project is located at 19342 Live Oak Canyon Road in Trabuco Canyon, Foothill/Trabuco
Specific Plan area, within the Third (3rd) Supervisorial District.
ZONING: Trabuco Canyon Residential “TCR” District of the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan

ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION: Addendum PA060070 to Final EIR No. 531
HEARING DATE: July 23, 2014

Any interested person may appeal a decision of the Planning Commission on this permit to the Board
of Supervisors within 15 calendar days of the decision upon submittal of required documents and a fee of $500.00 to be filed at the OC Planning Development Processing Center (DPC), 300 N. Flower
Street, Santa Ana, CA.
