PROPOSAL: A Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No.¬ 2016-156 to subdivide 84.8 acres into four parcels for Finance and Conveyance Purposes only. No improvements to the property are proposed with this application.
PROPOSAL: OC Development Services/Planning is recommending that the Orange County Planning Commission: 1) certify the adequacy of FEIR 624, prepared for the Lyon Subdivision Project; and 2) approve Planning Application PA150054 for an Area Plan to establish the master plan of development and grading and a Modification of the Specific Plan’s Statistical Table to transfer of ten (10) dwelling units allocations from Planning Area 2 to Planning Area 7.
The Lyon Subdivision project proposes the development of a 25 single-family home sites and associated infrastructure on the southerly 64 acres of the property. The existing residence and structures on the northerly portion of the property would remain. (

PROPOSAL:Tentative Parcel Map 2005-182 – a proposal to subdivide property at 19342 Live Oak Canyon Road into two parcels, each with a minimum net area of 2.0 acres.No property improvements are proposed with this application.Site improvements will based upon and in conformance with previous discretionary permit approvals.
PROPOSAL:A General Plan Amendment from 5 Open Space to 1B Suburban Residential and a Zone Change from A1 Agricultural and A1-(O) Agricultural with an Oil Production Overlay to S Specific Plan, and the adoption of the Esperanza Hills Specific Plan in order to develop the property, and proposed Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTTM) 17522 to construct a 340 unit gated community with large lot, low density residential neighborhoods on approximately 469 acres with an overall density of 0.73 dwelling units per acre.
