OC Corporate Real Estate is the lead division for the County on all real estate matters including, but not limited to acquiring,
leasing, constructing, operating, and maintaining County-owned and occupied facilities and assets. Corporate Real Estate
provides information, analysis and recommendations to County leadership to optimize real estate decision making for the
benefit of the County.

The mission of OC Corporate Real Estate is to ensure that the County has appropriate facilities to meet changing demands
and that all County real estate assets are carefully inventoried, professionally managed and well maintained.

Corporate Real Estate thrives on coordinating the activities of the County’s many agencies to increase leverage in real estate
transactions to obtain the most favorable transactions for the County. CRE is here to assist all County agencies and departments
in meeting their real estate requirements in compliance with applicable laws and ordinances, consistent with best real estate
practices. CRE is also the home of Parking Administration that manages employee and public parking in the Santa Ana Civic
Center and the Cities of Westminster and Orange.
